Great chicken, terrible service. Extremely rude employees. They usually act like it's a huge imposition just to take your order, especially if you are Caucasian. Have witnessed employees getting into both verbal and physical altercations with each other and customers. Employees usually won't answer the phone, so calling in an order is impossible. Sometimes you get a shrill fax machine tone in your ear for your trouble.Have often paid a higher price for all white meat, only to get home and find I was given dark meat instead-- too many times to count.Facility is filthy, and stinks badly, especially outside in the drive thru. To make it worse, there's usually a drunk crack head hanging around begging for money.The fact that anyone goes there should tell you how great the chicken is-- as long as they've changed the fryer oil lately. If they haven't, you get scorched, dried out chicken.

No stars! Not for today, anyway. I don't blame the ladies up front cause if they don't have it they can't fix it. But that Lil short noise talking cook!!! We have 3 businesses that go to chic a dilly for lunch at 12 EVERY DAY. WHY IS THERE NEVER ANY THING READY AND NOTHING IN THE GREASE???? IJS

This used to be the best chicken place around....now the food is wayyyy too salty or they have completely run out of most items (even chicken).

Best fried chicken I've eaten in a long time! It was hot and crispy with just the right amount of spice. Very reasonably priced! Loved it!

I had not been there in a long time but it was really good they were busy it was a little wait but worth it. See u all next time I'm in Arcadia, LA

Chick-A-Dilly has some great chicken. There is not too much of a wait time and and the prices are reasonable. The friendliness of service and professionalism of the employees could be better but it was not a bad experience and I will definitely make a return trip and would suggest it as a good place to grab a quick bite of some tasty chicken.

Mixed in fresh with some old but was pretty good still and forgot to add my peppers

The BEST chicken place around by far! We live north of Shreveport and will ALWAYS stop here every time we come this way! You may have to wait a little because they are always busy but it is well worth it!

Came my first time waited 20 mins in the drive thru when i got order the employee was using headphones talking to someone. I was polite and wait i try to order but she was arguing ob the phone and then i wait more she didn't attend me so i just left

Most days the chicken is wonderful, well seasoned and hot...every establishment has off days however most days the service is slower than a turtle moving through molasses. I've sat at the window 5 plus minutes and no one will come say be right with you you just get ignored. Sometimes you wonder is the chicken really worth the subpar service.

Terrible always foremost the place is nasty on da inside no good services neva can get fish they always say they out do to laziness the young ladies is not professional. Some of dem have nasty attitudes idk how do the state pass dem i hear alot of ppl talking abt chick-a-dilly. Please get that place in order.

9/19/19 11:30a I sat in the drive thru line for 10 minutes. I finally get to the window to order and there is about 4 workers in there working. The one working the window saw me pull up bc she was the register she turned around and told the others she was going to the bathroom. I waited another 10 minutes she finally came out she walked around still avoiding me. she walked back towards the back again and i finally tapped the window and asked if I needed to go inside to order. She said no I can take your order. I said well I have been here 15 minutes now waiting for you take my order and she said with an attitude well I didn't see you. (which is a lie) Sorriest service I have received there. They must have changed workers this bc service has never been that bad.

She got a attitude after I asked to buy a second mashed potatoe and then goes “ouuu babyy” and throws a mop handle at me and continues to talk about me to the other employees. Smh the service is terrible.

Ordered chicken, mashed potatoes. IT WAS NOT FRESH! There was food on the floor and the grease was dirty. there was one girl with an attitude. Didn't get a welcome, and when my food was done she pushes my food towards me and say "Here's your food. No gloves. She picked the biscuit up with her bare hands! I put it in the trash. I Will not recommend this place and I will not be going back. I should have left when I walked in the place but I was on lunch break. if the place is dirty usually the food is not good.

The best chicken on a good day

This chicken is off the chain. Every time I come home to visit this is my first stop to eat after I say hi to my family. People complain about their attitudes but the nastier the attitude the better the chicken taste. My favorite order is a 4 piece wing with a breast, a rice, some fries and a pepper. Chick-A-Dilly is the goat chicken spot in the Gibsland, Arcadia, Simsboro, Ruston area. Its hands down better than that salty southern classics. Take note southern classic and learn how to make chicken from Chic-A-Dilly

Drive thru isnt a drive thru and the inside service is poor I need to run that store
